Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.

If you've just placed an order and need to change the size of an item, please contact our support team at contact@novariofficial.com as soon as possible, and we will update your order if it hasn’t already been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, allowing you enough time to ensure your purchase meets your highest expectations.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it in, unused with tags and in its original packaging.

PRODUCTS & SIZING
Our sizing is designed to fit true to size. For the most accurate fit, we recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page.
All washing and care instructions are detailed on the inner label of each garment. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain the quality, fit, and longevity of your piece. You can also find care instructions in the product description.
While we can’t provide an exact restock date due to varying demand, we’re always working to restock and bring new colourways as fast as possible.

Our digital gift cards can be purchased either as a gift or for yourself. Once you've selected your desired gift card amount, simply select the checkbox if you'd like to send it as a gift. You'll be prompted to enter the recipient's email address which is where the digital gift card will be sent after purchase. You may also include the recipient's name, a future send date, and a personalised message. If you are purchasing for yourself, your digital gift card will be sent to your email address after purchase. Digital gift cards can be purchased here.
Gift cards have no expiry date and are non refundable.
Gift card amounts are in AUD and can be purchased worldwide.
Gift cards can be used with discount codes.
Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
If an amount is left over, the remaining balance will still be available to use on future purchases.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
