We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, allowing you enough time to ensure your purchase meets your highest expectations.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it in, unused with tags and in its original packaging.
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to our support team at contact@novariofficial.com, where you will need to provide your order number and the email address used for the order.

Please note that any items shipped back to us without first being accepted by our support team will not be accepted.
For all returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping through their local shipping couriers.
Customers have the option to receive a refund minus the shipping and processing fees or receive the full order amount of the products back in store credit.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited by your bank. If store credit is selected, it will be processed and ready to use instantly.
For all exchanges, customers are also responsible for covering the cost of shipping through local shipping couriers, and we will cover the cost of the reshipment.
Please note that exchanges are currently only available for Australian customers; international customers can still return items but will need to reorder.
Exchanged products will be held for 7 days. If the returned item is not received within this period, the item will be made available again.
If you've just placed an order and need to change the size of an item, please contact our support team at contact@novariofficial.com as soon as possible, and we will update your order if it hasn't already been shipped.
